It does recall the ocean as the track title declares. Blue oceans and blue breezes, a lightly clouded sky. This particular version accompanies a scene involving a young man singing (this song) to his girlfriend over the phone. He roams his apartment as he does so, eventually winding up on his terrace as she curls up in the center of her bed, charmed and wistful, his sweet voice fading into the cell.
It is highly romantic, well shot, and inexplicably sad.
